Was Andrew Weissman’s work on the Mueller Probe (2017-19) an attempt to cover for his role in helping FBI leadership avoid IG scrutiny going back to 2011? Patterns of redacted sections in Weissman’s paper trail suggests FISA abuse went back to 2010.
“Michael Horowitz.
The Inspector General of
the Department of Justice.”
One day, probably in 2017, I was expressing concern over the unmasking debacle when my more knowledgeable friend—who happened to be in Federal Law Enforcement—mentioned that answers would eventually come from Inspector General, Michael Horowitz.
Inspector who? Horowhat?
How little I knew then. How much I’ve learned since.
My goal in this article is to help shorten the learning curve for those who are now as uninformed as I was. My goal is to help the “folks on the fence”, to assist people who are just starting to ‘wake up’.(1)
One Speech.
Four People.
Seven Documents,
Two Countries.
Two Topics,
Ten Years.
If you know someone curious who wants a “birds eye view” of what’s happening, then please consider sharing this with them.
I believe it’s possible to quickly wrap one’s mind around “SpyGate” by focusing on six categories of information.
In doing so, the confusion caused by today’s *news wars should start to subside.
Links are provided. I encourage their use.

One Speech
(Step one: the middle) Start in the middle of the timeline by watching Horowitz‘ August 5th, 2015 opening statement to Congress, with transcript, here. It’s only six minutes long. Two weeks before Horowitz‘ testimony, the Office of Legal Counsel sided with FBI lawyers, (including Weissman) regarding which information could–in their view–be legally withheld from the Office of the Inspector General. (I can’t emphasize it enough. The 6 minute speech is a must watch.)
(Step 2: Go to The beginning. Weissman writes to Horowitz (2013)
What information? What were they trying to keep the OIG from seeing? To learn the answer, step back in time to the redacted sections of this 2013 letter from Andrew Weissman to Inspector General Michael Horowitz, dated February 29 [sic], 2013.

In this letter, Weissman indicated that many sets of information might be legally subject to withholding from the OIG. Amongst them were several which, later, became central to the stories of George Papadopoulos and Carter Page.
They are:
(1) FISA Information
(2) FISA-acquired electronic surveillance and physical search provisions.
(3) FISA-acquired tangible things of a United States Person
(4) Intelligence Community Information
(5) Foreign Government or International Organization Information
The details are completely redacted for public viewing.

Middle: check. Beginning: check. End: go
Step 3: The Last Document
(Step 3: note that FISA Warrant renewals 3 & 4 have been ruled illegal and the original Carter Page FISA warrant application is currently under review)
Note that the 400+ page Carter Page FISA Warrant Application, is also largely redacted. My guess is that the redactions hide the Intelligence Community’s awareness—and surveillance—of both Page and Papadopoulos’ activities going back at least to 2014. On October 26th 2015 George Papadopoulos was told in no uncertain terms that his ideas were ruffling feathers at the State Department. On that date, and others earlier, he appears to have definitely been on someone’s ‘radar’.
As you have time, study the entire SpyGateorigins.home.blog timeline, and patterns will emerge. The most significant repeat event is this: Go against Obama Administration Foreign Policy, and get surveilled. It happened. A lot. To quite a few individuals.
Both Carter Page and Papadopoulos had been, in some regards, critical of Obama Era foreign policy, and their views were published and known in 2014. Papadopoulos was critical of Joe Biden’s trip to Cyprus:

Unknown to each other at the time, Page and Papadopoulos share certain similarities. They’re both highly intelligent, multi-lingual men who gave speeches to exclusive audiences, wrote influential foreign policy articles and knew many high level foreign government officials. Papadopoulos had met with the President of Cyprus in 2014. Their relative age and demeanor belie their cognitive strengths. They are energy business experts. Think “pipelines”
In his May 4th, 2014 article, “Man Overboard in the Black Sea: Cobbling Together the Latest Coalition of the Willing in Ukraine“, Carter Page demonstrated that obviously knew—as did anyone who paid close attention—that our State Department was behind the unrest which led to 100 protestors shot in cold blood in Kiev February 2014, the “Maidan Massacre”. The US public was led to believe that the President of Ukraine had ordered the killings, justifying his ouster. This turned out to be false. Preceding the unrest was President Yanukovych’s decision to keep Russia, Ukraine’s next door neighbor, as source of energy, rather than relying on South Africa and the United States. Think “Pipelines”. So, Page ‘knew the score’ when it came to Victoria Nuland’s State Department Sponsored Regime Change in Ukraine. (To better understand Nuland’s role, see “Ukraine on Fire” and “Revealing Ukraine” by Oliver Stone.)
Papadopoulos‘ views on export routes from the Leviathan Natural Gas field off the coast of Israel went against the Obama’s State Department’s position. Again: Pipelines. Read his book, “Deep State Target“. Watch interviews with Papadopoulos sprinkled throughout this timeline. Use the “search” tool.
I encourage you to read further. Much of the information is linked within this website.
I almost failed to mention something most know: Weissman was in charge of the Mueller Investigation: 2017 – 2019. Mueller appears to have been a figurehead who admittedly attended ‘very few’ of the investigative meetings bearing his name.

*P.S. George Papadopoulos is the singular witness to the key events in the greatest political scandal in our lifetimes, if not in the History of the United States. He is the only available witness to the one event alleged to have sparked “Crossfire Hurricane”. The other figure at that event, Joseph Mifsud has been in hiding for three years.
The significance of George’s story is hard to overstate. The only benefit I receive by recommending his book is in knowing that the truth is being communicated. That alone is reward enough.

(1) Masses are just now discovering that the “People On TV” aren’t always so truthful. Being suddenly jerked out of framework of three years of Network News Lies can result in cognitive dissonance that is extremely unsettling. Hopefully this article will help some to begin the process of reorienting their minds into sound information.
*Some networks are operating out of their own self-created alternate realities. Which networks are telling the truth? Which ones are in Fantasy Land? Is it all propaganda? Turn them off. Read instead. Dig. Think for yourself. Draw your own conclusions. Don’t trust any one single source of information. None are 100% true, or 100% false. Even the most biased news sources provide valuable information.
